The superyard xt is perfect for my 10 month old son. It’s sturdy enough for his constant toy banging as well as to hold him up while he tries to walk by himself. It took only seconds to put together (which my husband loved). It’s very easy to form to whatever shape you need to fit your space (if used indoors). We all love it.

I bought this system to use as a play pen and they worked great for a few months, but it hasn’t taken my daughter long to learn to climb the sides. The criss cross lattice construction gives her foot holds. At first it was cute when she’d make it half way up then get “stuck.” That was two months ago, now she’s 12 months and climbs up high enough to bend over the top at the waist and fall over head first. Fortunately, I caught her the first time this happened. But now there is no “safe” zone to leave her for a moment to use the bathroom or cook dinner. Using this is now a process of vigilantly taking her off the sides and telling her “no.” I’m looking for a play pen that she can’t climb.

We love this! We have a granddaughter and a 2 1/2 year old rhodesian ridgeback. The puppy loves her but sometimes is just too loving – he wants to play and at 4 months our grand daughter is too young to play. But she can touch him and interact with him through the play yard.I selected this because I wanted to use it in the house as well as outside. It is perfect for my granddaughter. It keeps her contained and safe from exploring where she shouldn’t be and gives us the freedom to move it to where it is the most useful. We love the fact that we can make it fit into different configurations to fit a space.

This play yard is the greatest thing to happen to new mothers, espicially ones that garden, since the invention of disposable diapers! I bought two and an extension panel, which make for an ample size playpen. Inside, I put a Little Tikes climber, a Step One ladybug sandbox filled with pea gravel, and a Playskool Grow-With-Me picnic table, and he still has plenty of room to romp. I can garden without having to pull him out of the fish pond or retrieve him from a newly planted bed of tulips.

My husband and I bought this product for our 9 month old daughter. We use it more as a gate rather than a pin. The product is effective in keeping my daughter within an area but not easy to use. The gate is difficult to bend at the corners, hard to open/close, and a little flimsy…if my daughter leans on it too hard, it buckles.
