GLOWING BONEY DOG – Pet Halloween Costume Review
I bought this costume for my dog. I was worried that it may not fit his since he is 90 lbs and very stocky. It fit perfectly and he was so cute on Halloween. I bought a second one for my other dog. It is make very well. I bought a similar costume the year before and the size ran small and it wasn’t made well, so I was very pleased when I bought this one. I suggest this for anyone who is looking for a cute and durable costume for their dog.

Outward Hound Excursion Dog Backpack Review
Good bag for the price. The bottom and front straps don’t tighten as snug as I’d like, but my dog doesn’t seem to mind and it has not caused it to slip off. (American Eskimo, approximate 20 lbs)

Very comfortable for our 35 lb dog. She looks forward to wearing it and carrying 2 water bottles, treats, bags and whatever. Part of the idea was to tire her out but we have not succeeded. She doesn’t even offer to sit when we rest. Take time to adjust the straps properly as they are long enough for a mastiff. Once trimmed and the sleeve slipped over to the far end,it is easy on — easy off.

It’s hard to say how good this product is. I never actually got a chance to use it. I have a 25 pound corgi. If I bought the small the pockets would be to tiny, so I bought the medium – after all it says it should fit according to her size. The product itself seems sturdy. I love the material and it looked relatively comfortable on her. Except it was too big. Because she’s a low dog the pack didn’t fit her well. They ought to make more sizes rather than a medium that’s supposed to fit such a large range of sizes and weights. Even on its tightest setting it was too loose, and the strings dragged. So I guess my point in writing this review is that I didn’t actually get to test the product on a hike, but I know not to buy this size at least for a corgi.

I got 3 of these – 2 mediums for my puggle and corgi and 1 large for my pit bull/shepherd mix. The dogs took to them immediately and by adding a little weight to the pockets, I’m tiring them out really well for our early morning walk. Cesar recommends an hour walk, I’ve got half an hour tops…so this is a great compromise. The only problem I had is not a problem of the design of the bag, but the design of the dog. The pockets are a bit deep and dragged on the ground for my corgi when I put weights in it. I didn’t notice and now there are holes in each pocket of hers. I just rolled each side up a bit and clipped them so they are shorter for my nearly legless dog. They all look super cute in them too.

I bought this for my daughters dog and they were very excited when it arrived. It fit perfectly and now she is ready for Halloween without having to shop for a costume that fits!

Bought extra large for my female German shepherd dog , but was way too small, item description said suitable for German shepherd..disappointed, would be lovely on smaller type dog.

I bought this item having used the seller’s suggested measurements of my Labrador Retriever. I bought the X-Large size as recommended. The costume is adorable but NO WAY would it fit my dog. The product lists Labs as an appropriate dog for this costume and size, but BEWARE! That is misleading! So I wasted my time and money. I’m not going to spend the shipping dollars to send it back. Once I’ve paid for it to be shipped to me and then shipped back, I’d have paid more in shipping than the price of the costume. A refund would be useless. I’ll just sell it in a yard sale.

Casual Canine Dog Tuxedo Costume Review
I purchased this product for my Maltese to wear to our wedding and it was a huge hit! It’s a very handsome ensemble and the material gives the illusion of an expensive tux! The bowtie is to die for. (Although the hat looks more like an Indiana Jones number, so he attended the event sans top hat). They say the sizes run small, and I agree. Medium fit nearly perfectly (with considerable breathing room) for my dog and he is small. Overall, a great purchase – no regrets!

I bought this product going by the reviews. The reviews said that the product ran small, so I bought a size up for my Yorkie. WAY TOO BIG! I am not even sure a small will fit even though that is his normal size. They have a sizing chart on their website might be helpful. very good price for the product and cute. Good and fast service.

Zoo Med Tortoise House Review
We needed a home for our hatching African spurred tortoise (Geochelone sulcata). We looked at several pet stores in our area and couldn’t find anything that he would not outgrow in a year. So we went online and found this cage, and decided to try it out. It was easy to assemble, all the parts were there, and most importantly Geo (the tortoise) is enjoying it immensely. It provides a den to hide in, plenty of room to roam, and protection. The only draw back I have found that if it gets damp (water bowl spillage) the wood can warp a little and the divider won’t fit right. We had this happen, so we took a clamp and held it in place while it dried…worked like a charm.

Great overall product. Assembly was fairly easy though some of the threaded pieces needed to be cleared out of some remaining fabrication metal, which was easily done by poking it out with a small screwdriver. Another problem existed in the fact the main bottom sheet of wood was slightly warped. This made the side walls on the far end of the cage pull away from the end piece when the enclosure screen was opened. However, the cage still closed easily and lined up with the latches. The latches closed solidly and and when were closed…made everything line up again. This is a very nice looking enclosure. It is much nicer looking that a tupperware/rubbermaid bin strewn with lights and cords and such. We didn’t want that kind of thing. The metal screen material of this enclosure is sturdy enough to support a nice florescent UVB bulb mounted inside (though use a low power 2.0 or such to make it safe at such a short distance to the tortoises). I am using the enclosure as a set up for baby redfoot tortoises and the need for moisture and humidity is great. So I lined the floor and walls of the enclosure with tiles. In the top portion of the “hide” area I have set up a heat emitter mounted directly through a whole drilled through the wood ceiling. The bulb sits inside the hide a safe distance from the tortoises and temps inside the hide using a thermostat stay at 88 degrees (ideal for red foots) and the moist sphagnum moss substrate inside keeps the humidity around 75%-80%. Ultimately I am happy with the product. I would consider purchasing one for temporary outdoor tortoise playtime and two of these enclosures put together (as pictured on the box) would be a reasonable amount of room for baby tortoises to securely get some outdoor exercise (though no clear way to secure two end-to-end is apparent). I would recommend this product to others with the caution that one should be prepared to make slight modifications or at least be slightly mechanically inclined when putting the unit together should problems occur such as the ones listed above. Really beats the pants off of building one yourself from scratch.
